Search the map or list by city, heat type, cold plunge, and capacity to find a sauna that fits what you're looking for.
Some hosts use SaunaMap's built-in booking — book and pay instantly, or send a request the host confirms before you're charged. Other hosts book through their own external link or email; you'll always see which method a listing uses before you book.
You'll always agree to SaunaMap's Terms & Conditions, and for SaunaMap-integrated bookings, the host's liability waiver too. Any SaunaMap fees on top of the host's price are itemized clearly before you pay — never a surprise at checkout.
Instant-book listings confirm right away. Request-to-book listings confirm once the host accepts — you won't be charged until then.
Access instructions and house rules appear in your dashboard once you're confirmed. Have a question beforehand? Message your host directly from there.
Cancel 48 hours or more before your session and you get a full refund. Cancel within 48 hours and a portion of what you paid isn't refunded, since the host has already turned away other bookings for that time. If a host cancels on you, you always get a full refund, no matter when.
