After every booking, guests and hosts can review each other. That means you can see who you're meeting before you show up, not just take a listing's word for it.
A host's first listing goes through a quick review — typically 24–48 hours — before it appears on the map. After that, edits and updates go live automatically.
Every booking, however it's made, requires agreeing to SaunaMap's Terms & Conditions.
For SaunaMap-integrated bookings, guests also agree to the host's liability waiver — and the exact text they agreed to is saved with the booking, not just a checkbox.
Talk to your host or guest directly from your SaunaMap dashboard — you don't have to hand out personal contact info before you're ready to.
SaunaMap-integrated payments are processed through Stripe, a leading payment processor. SaunaMap never sees or stores your card details.
Cancel 48+ hours out and it's a full refund. If a host cancels on a guest, it's always a full refund, no matter when. See the booking and listing pages for the full policy.
