How to List Your Sauna

From your first listing to your first payout — here's exactly how hosting works on SaunaMap.

1

List your sauna

Add photos, a description, your pricing, and your availability. Choose how you want to take bookings — SaunaMap's built-in booking, your own external link, or email. Have a home sauna? You can list it. Run an established sauna, wellness, or contrast therapy business? You can list that too.

2

Get reviewed

Your first listing goes through a quick review before it goes live — typically 24–48 hours. After that, your edits and updates go live automatically, no further review needed.

3

Connect Stripe

If you're using SaunaMap's built-in booking, you'll connect a Stripe account right from your dashboard so guests can pay you directly. Not required if you're using an external link or email.

4

Accept bookings & host

Depending on how you've set things up, bookings come in instantly or as requests you confirm. Message guests directly from your dashboard — before, during, or after their visit. After each booking, guests can review you, and you can review them, building trust and reputation on both sides.

5

Get paid

For SaunaMap-integrated bookings, your payout goes out shortly after each session is complete — not immediately at the time of booking. You keep your full listed price; SaunaMap's fee is added on top for the guest, not taken out of what you earn.

6

If you need to cancel

The guest always gets a full refund if you cancel, no matter when. Cancelling within 48 hours of the session may also mean a fee is deducted from a future payout, since the guest still has to be refunded in full.
